Being a new parent is a challenging time, as well as a magical time, and bedtime is a great time to let go of the hectic pace of the day, and start a spiritual practice with your child. By speaking out loud, the sound of your voice not only comforts your child, but familiarizes and starts the foundation of communication from the heart. As you speak the concepts and words from your inner being, you let go of your stress, judgments, and negative emotions. You send calming energy to your child, as you focus on what you want to create. This shift in body-mind-spirit passes through to them, as they begin to life of intention.

YES: Young Evolving Spirits – 1 - 4 years oldYES stories incorporate the universal principles of body-mind-spirit, in a fun, rhyming verse form that children love. Insert your child’s name in the blank spaces, and watch his/her face light up. Soon your child will be memorizing and repeating the affirmative stanzas, as The Wee Wisdom Village characters welcome them each week, engaging them in a fun discovery of the power of spirit. This is a great way to empower and engage kids with life skills at a young age, in a very fun way! Start leaving out a word and watch as they begin repeating and filling in the verses for you.

SOS: Seekers of Spirit – 5 - 8 years oldWhether it’s you or your child that reads these stories out loud, kids will love and enjoy the life lessons that are wrapped up in each weekly edition. The characters from Wee Wisdom Village entertain, but also bring to life and reinforce universal lessons. Each story empowers a child to take responsibility for how they react to a situation, which is truly the only thing any of us have any power over. Bedtime is a great time to let go of the trials of the day and reset the power of intention.
